Shepherdsville Station

This Delivery Station is situated in Shepherdsville, KY, just south of Louisville. The project involved the interior retrofit of an existing 302,000 square foot building and the addition of a 450+ van parking lot on an undeveloped adjacent lot. Bailey Construction was involved from the inception of the initial budget to expediting permitting and finally turnover in the summer of 2021.
