Darlington Medical Office is a 5-story building located in an urban setting adjacent to Piedmont Hospital and Good Shepherd Center along the well-known Peachtree Street. This project is part of the redevelopment of the Darlington residential high-rise. The 5-story MOB spans 76,825 square feet, accompanied by a stand-alone 4-story precast parking deck with various architectural treatments to blend in with the surrounding landscape.
The site work includes an underground detention vault and 25-foot-tall MSE retaining walls. Through access will be maintained for residential traffic during all construction activities. The opening was in summer 2022.
