Brookhaven Office & Walgreens

Brookhaven is a 3-story medical office building situated within the City of Brookhaven. This project comprises medical office and retail spaces, with Walgreens as the primary tenant occupying the ground level. The building spans 50,600 square feet and features an exterior of brick and stone, designed to harmonize with the downtown Brookhaven architecture. Additionally, the project includes a 3-story precast parking structure, incorporating various architectural treatments to seamlessly integrate with the surrounding landscape. The project was completed and opened in the winter of 2017.
