Continuous dialogue with Architects and Owners to refine and ensure a comprehensive budget.

3. Monitoring & Updating: 

Regular adjustments based on progress drawings to align design with budget.

4. Finalizing:

Post-contract, the budget is set, reflecting all job costs identified through detailed estimating and bidding. Changes occur only if design criteria or project scope alters.
