West Manchester Mall

YORK, PA

This project entailed the transformation of a traditional enclosed mall into an open-air interactive retail destination. The original mall roof was removed, and sidewalks, driveways, and courtyards were replaced to create an outdoor shopping experience. The project was completed in two phases, with all tenants, including anchor tenants, remaining open for business during the transformation. Many of the new retail spaces underwent tenant upfits.

The revised square footage of the mall is 244,466 square feet.
