The Building 1 Project is a Class A warehouse space spanning 537,000 square feet. It features a 35-foot interior clear height, 34 truck docks, with the capacity to double that count using knock-out panels.
Building 1 represents the first of two structures initially slated for the 64-acre site. Building 2, totaling 428,000 square feet, is scheduled to commence construction in the summer of 2023.
