Peachtree Station

CHAMBLEE, GA

Peachtree Station is a community shopping center set in an urban environment, anchored by a 45,000 square foot Whole Foods store alongside small shop retail outlets, boutiques, and casual dining establishments. Bailey Construction collaborated with the Owner during due diligence to establish construction budgets, conduct peer reviews of construction design, and review/budget tenant work letters to ensure all aspects of the scope of work were accounted for.

The site was repurposed from previous uses and involved comprehensive site work construction, including demolition, earthwork, wet & dry site utilities, site concrete, and paving. Offsite improvements were also undertaken, encompassing lane widening for acceleration and deceleration turn lanes, as well as the addition of traffic lights at key access points.

Bailey successfully completed these projects on schedule and within budget, meeting all tenant delivery requirements according to the Owner’s schedule. Overall, the development encompassed 107,000 square feet and featured a total of eight different building structures across 10.5 acres.
