CEO
As CEO, Bob is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of Bailey Construction. His primary role is to bring a quality project, on schedule and within budget to every client’s job.

He also stays involved throughout the entire project in order to make sure our clients have a successful project from start to finish.

Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Brandon runs the Little Rock office and is responsible for ensuring all of the budgets are well defined and accurate. He also stays involved in all projects handled by the Little Rock office from start to finish in order to make sure our clients have a successful project.

Vice President
Mark has extensive experience with predevelopment, project contracting, and price solicitation. He spent six years at a private development firm in a management role. He has a proven track record of maintaining open communication with owners and their representatives, as well as designers and vendors. Mark will manage projects to stay on budget and on schedule.

Blake Sorg
Vice President
As Vice President, Blake oversees a team of Project Managers/Estimators in the Little Rock office. The project team is responsible for compiling project pricing information, schedule, proposals, and presentations. Blake stays involved in all aspects of the project from the initial contact to the final stage of a completed project. This involvement creates consistency and quality within the construction process. Blake is the main liaison to the client for the duration of the project.
